Kim is a physical therapist and one of the founders of Synergy! Kim received her doctorate of physical therapy from Utica College and her master of physical therapy from Andrews University. Kim has worked in outpatient pediatrics for the past 10 years with other experience including acute care, neuro rehabilitation, and home health care. Kim is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Dayton’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She has been a clinical instructor for over 20 PT schools across the nation over the past 22 years. Kim is a mother of 4 children. She enjoys being active with her family, hiking, doing crafts, baking, reading and trips to the beach.

Marc is a physical therapist and one of the founders of Synergy!  Marc attended school for physical therapy at Andrews University and Utica College for his Masters and Doctorate degrees.  Marc is originally from Eureka, IL.  Marc’s enthusiasm for helping others realize, regain and/or retain their desired level of function led him to becoming a physical therapist.  Marc has worked with a diverse background of patients from newborn to elderly, and work collaboratively with peers to set up clinics for athletics, pediatrics and chronic pain.  Ultimately, his enthusiasm combined with his wife, Kim's, passion created Synergy Family Therapy Specialists. Marc likes to be active with his wife and family with games, fitness, outdoor and sporting activities, and family vacations.

Kelsey graduated from the University of Dayton with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She is originally from Beavercreek, Ohio and completed her undergraduate work at the University of Dayton where she studied pre-physical therapy. Kelsey is passionate about helping patients learn how to strengthen and care for their bodies. She has experience working with a variety of populations across the lifespan including children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy and developmental delays as well as adults with orthopedic needs. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her niece.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Dayton with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and completed her undergraduate work at Miami University where she studied kinesiology and nutrition. Stephanie is passionate about helping patients meet their goals while having fun and helping each patient reach his or her full potential. She has experience working with a variety of populations across the lifespan including children with Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Delays, Torticollis, and more, as well as adults with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal diagnoses. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.

Allie graduated from Xavier University with a Master’s degree in occupational therapy. She is originally from Dublin, Ohio. Allie is passionate about helping her patients to increase their independence and participation in everyday activities! She has experience working with a variety of populations including children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Spina Bifida, and adults with neurological disorders such as a stroke. In her free time, Allie enjoys playing soccer, spending time with family, and traveling.

Hannah holds degrees from both Georgetown College and Eastern Kentucky University. Her studies included Kinesiology, Psychology, and Occupational Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient pediatrics, and has even launched a feeding clinic alongside a fellow speech therapist. While Hannah was born and raised in Central Kentucky, her husband grew up in Miamisburg, Ohio and his family still lives in the Dayton area. Hannah, her husband and 2 boys decided to move in the summer of 2022 to be close to family. As a Mom, Hannah has truly experienced the effect OT can have on children and she enjoys working with the entire family unit to meet the child where they are and progress towards their greatest potential. When Hannah isn't working, she enjoys running, listening to music, and spending time outdoors (but only when it's warm).

Michelle grew up in Nashville TN, and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Mass Communications. She earned a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Southwest College in Dayton OH, and has twelve years of revenue cycle experience with emphasis on physician side billing and claims follow up.

When not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their family, which includes young grandchildren! Michelle loves jazz music, is an avid Alabama football fan, and her favorite hobby is horseback trail riding, with a passion for the American Quarter Horse breed.
